My services

I offer counselling and psychotherapy in a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you are invited to explore what feels important to you. This may include thoughts, feelings, past and present experiences, and patterns in relationships. Sessions are led at your pace, with care taken to support you in making sense of your experiences in a way that feels meaningful and manageable. 

My intention is to work collaboratively, supporting you to develop greater self-awareness and emotional understanding, while reconnecting with your inner strengths, resilience, and resources. Therapy is a shared process, where trust, openness, and curiosity can support growth and change.
